Iowa Land Records, the nation's leader in enabling statewide searching and electronic submission of recorded property records, reached a couple new milestones this fall. Iowa Land Records has now enabled the submission of larger size plats to both be uploaded into the portal for accessing such documents online as well as electronically submitting those documents for recording.
In addition, approximately 37% of all documents are currently being electronically submitted, an increase of 9% from 2016, helping make both property transactions and county recorder offices more efficient.
