Newbury’s opening of 38 new apartments in the former Davenport school district administrative center on Brady Street is the latest in a string of improvements to a neighborhood known as the Hilltop Campus Village.
The Rafferty Group served as the development consultant, helping to bring more vitality back to an important and historic area of Davenport.
